The Turkey visa system classifies these passport kinds as "UK Special Passports."
• For entrance, airside passage, and departure from Turkey within the dates specified on the document, UK Emergency Travel Documents (ETD) are acceptable. A minimum of six months should pass from the date of admission into Turkey for ETDs to be valid.
